The Damiana plant is native to southern Texas, Central America, South America and particularly Mexico. The Mexican people used damina extracts to enhance male and female sexual stimulation, increase energy, and aid impotence and menstrual problems. Damiana may also provide calm and relaxation in times of anxiety, particularly if the anxiety has roots of a sexual element. This fluid extract is alcohol free and is easily absorbed by the body.
