The Meridian Tamari Soya Sauce is a great multi-purpose condiment. It can be used to add extra savoury flavour to your dishes. It has got the same distinct flavour as other soya sauces yet it only contains half the sodium. The sauce itself is made from soya beans, and brewed and aged in wooden barrels.
